During the tour, Sheikha Moza was also briefed on EAA’s “Together Project” for Quality Education and Training to Palestinian Children & Youth Who Missed Formal Schooling Opportunities As A Result Of The Ongoing War Then Launched By Israel On Gaza.
She also visited a special exhibition that showcases the contributions and initiatives of EAA’s flagship Al Fakhoora campaign, and programmes to empower Palestinian families living in Qatar.
The exhibition also showcases the outputs of home projects, such as embroidery and cooking skills etc., successful stories for Al Fakhoora graduates in local labour market, efforts of First Assalam School in partnership with Al fakhoora programme & Vocational and entrepreneurship training.
Also present was HE Dr Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, Prime Minister of the Republic of Yemen and his wife; in Qatar to attend an event to be organised by Education Above All (EAA) Foundation on International Day To Protect Education From Attack at Qatar National Convention Centre tomorrow.
